Underpinning all they do is their investment in Technology and Systems (T&S), our client now looking to grow an already talented team by appointing a Change Manger to the business systems transformation team.
Our client is implementing various technology-enabled transformation initiatives across the group ERP (based on SAP), BI Reporting and Data Analytics, Office 365 and other operational systems and process areas. You will work with the Head of T&S Business Change, the wider T&S leadership team as well as local leadership teams and to develop their vision for change. You will work to design and develop tools and methods to identify and articulate the impact of T&S system change on relevant end users to ultimately drive change management, training and communication deliverables. You will be able to design and implement ways of taking a temperature check of change, training and communication deliverables on end users to be able to inform future business change deliverables. You will manage programme specific ‘local’ Change Managers’ to ensure they are implementing the methodology outlined by you and work collaboratively with them to adapt this appropriately to their Programme or Wave.
