    HRIS Analyst

    Our client is a market leader in the manufacture and distribution of component parts and products, its Packaging Division a leading global provider of packaging solutions to a diversified blue-chip customer base in over 100 countries, served from facilities in 12 countries, with development and design centres supporting the division worldwide.

    Central to our Client’s success is their investment in staff: attraction, training, development and retention, all at the heart of their staffing vision, currently looking to appoint a HRIS Analyst to join their already talented team

    The Role

    Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst’s responsibility is to provide ongoing support and maintenance to all HR systems, including performing system configuration tasks to ensure continuity of service and adherence to policy, legislation and compliance requirements. The role will include taking responsibility for development of MI and analytics relating to people data. This role will also actively support the HRIS manager in any projects, implementations etc and have responsibility for managing and working with various senior internal/external stakeholders, especially within the UK.


    • Working with selected 3rd party providers to ensure they fully understand the complexities of our business processes and are delivering to agreed SLA’s and project timelines.
    • Serves as a HRIS core system functional lead; trains key users on system access and utilisation.
    • Acts as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) maintaining and updating the HRIS core system
    • Ensures that Payroll and Time & Attendance is fully delivered to meet legislative rules working in partnership with HR Director and relevant personnel
    • Supporting the successful delivery of the implementation processes, ensuring timely delivery of reports and budget expenditure monitoring.
    • Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the business
    • Conducts regular audits to ensure data integrity within the system; develops and implements corrections as necessary.
    • Develops and modifies reports, analytics, metrics and dashboards for management and users.
    • Provides guidance to field Human Resources representatives with day‐to‐day HR and HRIS related activities and issues.

    Skills and Experience

    • 2-3 years working within a multi-national organisation with system experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and presence to deal with both senior business representatives and senior project stakeholders
    • Good communication and presentation skills exhibiting tact and diplomacy
    • Good influencing and negotiation skills
    • Strong sense of quality control and attention to detail
    • Must have HRIS experience such as Ceridian, Success Factors, Workday etc.
