Reporting to the HRIS Manager, the HRIS Analyst’s responsibility is to provide ongoing support and maintenance to all HR systems, including performing system configuration tasks to ensure continuity of service and adherence to policy, legislation and compliance requirements. The role will include taking responsibility for development of MI and analytics relating to people data. This role will also actively support the HRIS manager in any projects, implementations etc and have responsibility for managing and working with various senior internal/external stakeholders, especially within the UK.
