    Right now, our client is recruiting for a L7 Operational Management Senior Learning Coach / Development Coach to join their already talented team.

    The Role

    Our client is seekingSenior Learning Coacheswho can enhance their reputation for high quality teaching and learning. In your role as a Senior Learning Coach, you will support the clients and their learners with L7 Diplomas in Management Leadership and Functional Skills,while they undertake their programmes of learning. This is a fundamental role in ensuring that all learners feel that they have the highest quality support, stretch and challenge during their learning journey. The caseload will be around 35-40 learners, as standard. With different delivery models for their clients, the training consists of a hybrid model of virtual teaching sessions and coaching 1-2-1s as well as face-to-face delivery in their office or at employer premises.

    Responsibilities

    Culturally a great fit you will be comfortable designing and delivering programmes that meets client and learners needs.

    You will have experience in delivering high quality apprenticeship programs which deliver maximum impact for clients: you will also be confident and comfortable designing and delivering organisational development programmes

    You will be dynamic in your approach, a self-starter, motivated by the care and compassion our clients shows for its clients and the positive difference you can make.

    You will have excellent presentation and planning skills and be a great ambassador for the company.

    Skills and Experience

    Experience of building and maintaining outstanding relationships between Apprentices, Apprentices managers, and their organisation

    You must have higher level qualification at Masters or L7 equivalent and some experience in the field of training and/or apprenticeships

    Confident and comfortable working with Quality systems, conducting IQA, Assessment, T&L Observations and Ofsted activity

    Supporting the production of resources and ongoing curriculum development to deliver a high-class learning experience to all our clients apprentices

    Undertake any CPD as required

    Maintain own occupational competency around Leadership & Management

    Be an ambassador for our client whenever and wherever possible
