They are a dynamic mobile technology company specialising in the innovative use of mobile and cloud technologies to simplify and speed up consumer/merchant interaction.

    Central to our client’s success is their investment in staff, attraction, training, development and retention, all at the heart of their staffing vision, so too the need to continually attract the very best people to join their already talented team, our client is currently looking to recruit Sales Account Managers up and down the UK.

    Remote/Home Based with travel as required

    The Role:

    - This person will be working within the Sales and Customer Success team, selling both existing App based Ordering and Payment solutions and the newly launched Merchant Payment product.

    - The role will be to acquire new business from a self-generated pipeline with the additional bonus of inbound leads. With these leads, the SAM will be managing the whole sales cycle from start to finish, including the account management of the customer.

    - The role is not a behind the desk role and the successful candidate is expected to be out in their Sales area in key cities calling in on Restaurants, Pubs, Hotels etc, selling, implementing, and maintaining the Technology solution to new and existing clients within their given region.

    - This role will require you to work 40 hours per week across five days. Although home based, there will also be a requirement to work and attend meetings /exhibitions / events away from your home patch, including overnight stays where applicable.

    Core Responsibilities:

    - Build and develop your sales pipeline with a pro-active hand on approach

    - Be responsive and motivated to convert warm inbound leads into new customers

    - Build and strengthen relationships with a valuable portfolio of existing customers

    - Work hard to win new business opportunities from leads who have previously enquired but haven’t yet become customers

    - Act as the dedicated point of contact for customer queries via phone, email and in-person

    - Pursue sales targets and objectives for your assigned territory

    - Track Key account metrics

    Skills and Experience:

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Proven experience in account management and sales

    - Proven experience in the delivery of solutions that are client focused and based on the needs of the customer

    - Excellent negotiation skills

    - Computer literate

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Experience of being a Sales Account Manager is advantageous
