Indeed, having made a strategic decision to invest further in the talent management area of their business, our Client is now looking to appoint a
Talent Acquisition Director for the first time.
Working closely with the Global HRD, you will make this new role your own, imposing your own style, to introduce a Global Talent Acquisition strategy, supported by robust Policies and Procedures. The creation of an Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand, both key components. You will also provide line management to 3 Regional Talent Leads across Asia, US and Europe and overall take responsibility for talent acquisition across this global business.
