Your role will involve the build and release of software developed in the local development centre. You will also have responsibility for the management of Unix based test environments and provide for the day to day system administration and IT support.
A real team player you will work closely with the QA team and software engineers, your scripting skills will be maximized enhancing an automated test and release process.

KEY DELIVERABLES INCLUDE :
• Design and development of builds, scripts, installation procedures, and systems including source code control and issue tracking.
• Configuration management
• Source code structure,
• Version control,
• Software build, installation/deployment,


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE :

• 4+ years of experience with Linux/UNIX system administration.
• BSc or Computer Science or related degree
• Administration of Apache and Jboss
• Solid scripting skills in Perl, Python or Shell.
• Experience of working with ClearCase, Subversion, Accurev or other SCM tool
• Experience of Ant, Maven or other software build tools
