Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

 Providing consulting support and advice to clients;
 Providing training to members of client staff;
 Taking secondments with client organisations;
 Undertaking training in new competencies;
 Proved market research and analysis;
 Prepare and present sales pitches to clients;
 Prepare proposals for client work; and
 Participate in trade fairs, identifying and pursuing potential client work.

Essential qualities

 Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience configuring Cognos in Enterprise Planning (modeling business logic, budgets, financial reports and staff planning). It is also necessary that candidate’s have experience with Cognos BI Business Intelligence (basic reporting), with at least one year's experience configuring Cognos in a project environment.
 A ‘natural consultant’; preferably with at least one year’s experience working as a consultant in client facing roles.
 Excellent communication skills would be essential and an understanding of the Project life cycle is necessary.


Desirable qualities

It is expected that candidate’s will have a good educational background and will have a 2:1 or higher Degree in an IT related subject

It is mandatory that you are willing to travel with this role, so it is anticipated that you have a flexible approach to travel. In addition to a competitive basic salary candidates will be rewarded as the business grows.
