Working as the Lead / Senior QA Engineer, you will lead and be part of the Test Automation teams that are working on real world testing challenges of scalability, availability and fault tolerance. It is an opportunity to develop and use automation skills and apply them using cutting edge tools and technologies. It is also the opportunity to lead, develop and work alongside a team of QA Engineers, who enjoy being largely technically self sufficient and who want to continue to develop their technical skills.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


5+ years of software testing experience.

BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related degree.

Experience using test automation tools like WinRunner and QTP.

Experience working with databases like Oracle, Sybase or MySQL
.
Proven experience in system, integration, regression, performance, stress, functionality, upgrade and installation testing.

Ability to write and execute SQL queries to validate data.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with ability to work together as a team

Experience leading or mentoring a QA team is a desirable
.
Experience working in a Linux/Unix environment desirable.

Experience with some of the following – Java, JavaScript, Perl, PHP, Shell Scripting or Python.

Experience with Agile methodologies( Ideally Scrum)
