SAP Business Intelligence Architect/Business Objects Architect

Our client is amongst the largest global IT services, BPO and Product Engineering companies in the world and have an exciting new opportunity in Belfast for a Business Intelligence Architect.

Responsibilities:

-The successful candidate will be able to understand and indentify Tactical verses Strategic Requirements.

-Suggest potential reporting requirements dependant on the domain

-You will have strong Business Objects Reporting experience alongside strong Oracle Database knowledge.

-Experience with various types or Reports i.e Formatted Reports, Analytical Reports and Dash boarding Reports

-High level and Low level design of Business Intelligence

Authority for Hardware and Software selection and design of Datawarehousing and Business Intelligence


Technical Requirements:

* At least 5 years “hands on” experience in Business Objects including full lifecycle implementations
* At least 1 years experience in the Integration of Business Objects with SAP data
* Be able to provide Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) across business and technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition and systems architecture.

Experience

• Minimum 1 years QA/Testing experience in a technology-led company and working as part of a QA team
• Minimum 2:2 degree in a discipline which requires application of analysis skills or creativity (e.g. engineering, project management, business, multimedia, design or software development),
• Excellent understanding of QA processes and the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Exposure of Bug Management and Bug Lifecycle.
• Experienced at translating business/functional requirements into test requirements.
